I attended the pre-departure briefing by OSA todae, along with those who are going to the various overseas conferences after the exams.

I must say, it's really an honour to be able to represent the University. =) I had my fair bit of representing the Arts Faculty, but to be offically representing the whole institution come May at the Global Youth Symposium is more or less a 1st time for me. And it really excites me.

Received some useful souvenirs, documents, and information packages which would most certainly come in handy for our overseas trip. Also received a black NUS jacket, which I m really proud to have, even though it's a simple design. =)

I guess my happiness stems from being able to attain another one of my dreams in university and in life.

The topics for the conference is out already, and we ll be looking at terrorism, globalization, brain drain, and Western VS Eastern culture. The programme and timetable for the week long conference is also out as well. Also met Timothy and Dinesh, my teammates for the conference, and whom I ll spend lotsa time with after the exams haha! Glad that e 3 of us hit off quite well at the start just now =)

Looking heavily foward to end of exams oredi. n_n
