ON DAE 7

Hahaha, all of us interns were sorta looking foward to this morning coz of the HR feedback session n tour. Was great to share with each other our respective projects n job scopes, esp as each of the 7 of us were posted to different Divisions. From Marketing, HR, Airline Development, Engineering, Corporate Development to Commercial.

We have also grown closer as a group, after all the daily lunches n conversations haha. And we never run out of conversations to talk cock about heh. Even celebrated Dingfeng's bdae over lunch with a small mini-cheese cake haha.

Hmmm, tour was a tad disappointing though, coz we were only shown around the insides of T3. Did learn a lot more tho from Debbie, but I guess we all thought that we could access other areas. haha. Anyway, if u guys havent visit T3 pls do so yeah. Really nice n cool place, with lotsa variety of shops. Official opening is on the 9th of Jan 2008. =)

Spent the other half of the dae interviewing loads of travelers from various parts of the world haha. Tiring but exciting.

Btw, I feel that whatever kind of part-time work experience one gets since young, be it in waitering, banquet, commercial camps, etc do come in handy at some stage. Not just in terms of the work per se but also in terms of the colleagues, friends n networking u made. I had a nice chat with my supervisor just now n was really glad to share my experience working in the nightlife industry back then from year1 to year2. Not many people noe that I also once worked as a freelance writer penning on lifestyle articles haha!

Sooze got the job in advertising n ll start his work journey officially tom at DHL haha. Great to hear that.

Host of pre- n Christmas gatherings coming up. Very much looking foward to them. =)
